25th ANNIVERSARY  RE-DEDICATION:  next weekend marks the 25th  Anniversary of  the Re-Dedication of St. Michael Church.

KILLALOE LOURDES INVALID FUND: Annual collection will be taken up this week-end (Second basket collection).

 

KILLALOE DIOCESE PILGRIMAGE TO LOURDES: Bishop Fintan Monahan will lead the pilgrimage to Lourdes from Shannon Airport on Tues 26th June returning on Sun 1st July. €695 full board for online booking at www.joewalshtours.ie or €705 for paper booking. CLARE 250 MILE CYCLE:  (39th) a big welcome to the Clare 250 Mile Cycle to our 9:00 a.m. Mass this Sunday morning. Well done so far and all the best for the rest of your journey!!

THE WORLD MEETING OF FAMALIES: “with The world meeting of families taking place on the 21st – 26th August 2018, the pastoral council as part of the celebrations, would like to bring together our community in pictures. Share with us what family means to you in a photo.  Drop in your chosen picture to the parish office, before the 31st May 2018. Please do not drop in originals as they may not be returned”

 

KILMIHIL G.A.A./PARISH LOTTO:   There was no Jackpot winner last week. Numbers: 7, 10, 15 & 21. Next week’s jackpot will be €3,000. The draw will take place Sunday 20th May at the Fiddlehead.

 

KILMIHIL ACTIVE RETIREMENT: Cait Lynch will be providing exercise/ relaxation classes at the Meadow -   Mon. evening 21st May at 7:30pm.  All welcome.

POP-UP SHOP:  Friday 25th May at 10:30 am Family Store Kilrush will have a Pop-Up shop in the Meadow, all are welcome to come along.

 

ENNIS GARDA STATION OPEN DAY, 26th MAY 2018:   is free and open to everyone, it is on from 2pm – 5pm. Weather permitting, the Garda Air Support Unit helicopter will land in the adjoining GAA grounds, Cusack Park. Other specialist Garda Units attending include the Mounted Unit, Dog Unit, Traffic Corps, Scenes of Crime, Community Policing Unit, Victims of Crime and the Crime Prevention Officer. The event also includes guided tours of Ennis Garda Station to members of the public. Our local partner agencies will also be present, including the Clare Civil Defence and the Clare Fire & Rescue Services. Parking is available at the Clare County Council Offices on New Road, Ennis and it is free for the duration of the event.

 

SUNDAY AFTERNOON TEA DANCE IN KILMURRY MCMAHON:   join us for an afternoon of music, song and dance with Mike Gardiner in Kilmurry McMahon Community Hall, Sunday 20th May from 3pm to 6pm.

 

HEALTH CARE ASSISTANTS REQUIRED: Full & Part time hours available.

QQI Level 5 in Health Care Support/Community Health or similar. 

If currently studying for this award, applicants will also be considered.
