CLARE 250 MILE CYCLE:  (36th) a big welcome to the Clare 250 Mile Cycle to our 8:30 a.m. Mass this Sunday morning.  Well done so far and all the best for the rest of your journey!!


ANNUAL DIOCESAN PILGRIMAGE TO KNOCK: Sunday 5th July.  Bus leaves Kilmihil at 8:30am.  Please give your names to Bridget Kenny at 065 9050731/087 2711478 or Angela O’Connell before 3rd July 2015.


IRISH KIDNEY ASSOCIATION:The Clare Branch of the Irish Kidney Association annual Mass ofRemembrance & Thanksgiving will be celebrated in the Cathedral in Ennis on Sunday 24th May at 12 noon. Mass isin honour of those whose organs were donated thus giving the Gift of New Life to so many.


KILMIHIL G.A.A./PARISH LOTTO:  There was no Jackpot winner last week.  Numbers:.  Next week’s jackpot will be €2,400.  The draw will take place at 10:00 p.m. on Sunday 17th May at D. Breen’s.

SCOIL MHICHIL ARE HAVING AN ‘WELCOME:  - Afternoon in the school on Tuesday 19th May 1.30pm - 2.45pm for new junior infants and their parents.  Enrolment forms are available from the school telephone: 065 – 9050460.


KILMIHIL PEOPLE’S PARK:  would like to thank everyone who supported the plant sale last weekend.  The raffle winners were:  1st Ann Coen, 2nd Ursula Lineen, 3rd Pauline Duggan. The committee are delighted with the response from the community.

KILMIHIL DEFIBRILLATOR   is currently in service and a rota of locally trained volunteers is on call.  In the event that you need a defibrillator ring 076-6032999 and help will be at hand.  Please store this number in your mobile and give it to your family, friends and neighbours who may not have it.


KILMIHIL ATHLETIC CLUBTraining each Tuesday & Thursday at 6.30 p.m. at St. Michael’s Community College.  All are welcome.


WEST CLARE MINI MARATHON:    The organisers of the 17th West Clare Mini Marathon which took place Sunday January 25th would like to thank all who supported the event in anyway.Income to date €53,450.00.  All remaining cards must be returned to the Cancer Centre, Corry Lane, Kilkee.

FREE COUNSELLING:   available to those in the West Clare Area who would like support on dealing with the impact that Cancer has had on their lives. Counselling takes place every Wednesday in the West Clare Cancer Centre, Corry Lane, Kilkee. For more information, contact office on 065-9060762.
