SUNDAY 18th DECEMBER:  Christmas Mass of Remembrance will be offered at 10:30 a.m. for parishioners and close relatives of parishioners who died during the year. (Please leave names of people you wish to remember, who died outside the Parish in the Sacristy by Tues. 13th Dec.)

KILMIHIL G.A.A./PARISH LOTTO:  There was no Jackpot winner last week.  Numbers: 10, 15, 19 & 26.  Next week’s jackpot will be €12,200.  The draw will take place at 10:00 p.m. on Sunday 11th December at the D. Breen’s.

 

ATTENTION CHILDREN:  Santa will visit Fitzpatrick’s shop, on Thursday 22nd December from 7pm.  See posters locally for more information.

 

SCOIL MHICHIL CAHERMURPHY present the  musical 'Wizard of Oz' in the Community Hall Kilmihil on Thursday 15th December at 7.30 pm. All are welcome. Raffle on the night.

 

KILMIHIL ACTIVE RETIREMENT ASSOCIATION: We are organising a coach to the Garda Christmas Party on 16th December at 2pm in Tracey's West County Hotel Ennis. There will be a tea dance, entertainment and raffle. The coach will leave the Meadow at 1pm. This event is FREE!

KILMIHIL ACTIVE RETIREMENT GROUP:  would like to thank most sincerely all those who contributed in any way to their very successful sale of work. It was particularly gratifying because all the goods on display were locally made. Congratulations everybody.

 

KILMIHIL ACTIVE RETIREMENT:  Gamble in the Meadow Centre every Tuesday Night starting at 8 p.m.  All welcome.

KILMIHIL CHRISTMAS DAY ONE MILE DASH:   Jog/Run/ Walk, will be held in the Track at St. Michael’s Community College on Christmas Day, at 11.45 a.m.   All proceeds to West Clare Cancer – donations on the day, contact Maria on 087-7455284. Festive treats for all participants.

IN MEMORY OF LOVED ONES: Our 10:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday 18th December will be celebrated in memory of family members, from within and outside of our parish, who have died during the year. As a Christian community we have entrusted our loved ones to God, but they will be very much in our thoughts and hearts this Christmas. The Pastoral Council would like to put together a pictorial tribute in memory of loved ones who passed during the year. If you wish to have someone remembered at this mass, and over Christmas, please drop his or her photo into the sacristy or parish office letter box a.s.a.p. and kindly note the name and date of death on the back. It will be helpful also if you include your own name and contact number for return of photos.
