These low impact exercises are all done from a standing position and because the principal of Tai Chi is to keep the body  relaxed, all of the movements taught in class give the maximum health benefit to each individuals personal needs..

Wednesday 10.00am -11.00,  Kilmihil Community Centre. This is a local drop in class run in a relaxed environment and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
